I’m That Kundalini Girl for fun, but I have been blessed to live as Liv Dayal Kaur, the Princess/Lioness of God who is a sacred embodiment of one-pointed devotion and divine compassion in the world .
Liv is one pointed devotion. Dayal means one who is kind and compassionate. All females receive the name Kaur – the Princess/Lioness of God who walks with grace and strength throughout her life. Yogi Bhajan taught that every woman can attain this divine state and encouraged all to manifest it.
In this space I will share my Kundalini journey, it started March 2018, but technically, a few years earlier (I am working on pinning down that date) when I read The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein. I was clearly looking for direction, and direction found me.
I have completed Kundalini Yoga Teacher training out of Kundalini Yoga East in New York City.
I’ll share my personal experience as a student, teacher, and fangirl of Kundalini, because it’s everything, especially as a teacher.
I live in Pennsylvania with the love of my life, Betty, eating all the baguettes we can get our hands on, laughing around the table with our three boys, and 4 dogs. I’ve always loved to write, read sci-fi, historical fiction novels, and memoirs. I embroider, weave, work with tarot, crystals, and generally love to spend time creating. My love language will always be Instagram. Keep up with me there!
I am so glad you’re here. Don’t be shy, reach out. I’m happy to chat.
